2. Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Garlic mashed potatoes is another great side.
Its easy to make and it tastes amazing.
I like to serve my lamb meatballs with garlic mashed potatoes because it provides a little additional flavor to each mouthful, which enhances the overall taste of the dish.

Simply chop your potatoes into thin strips and coat them with olive oil, salt, and pepper before roasting them at 400F for around 30 minutes.
This gives them a crispy outside and a soft inside, similar to their fried counterpart!

I like cooking quinoa salad as a side dish since it contains nutritious ingredients and is fast and simple to prepare!
My favorite method to make this side dish is to cook the quinoa in chicken broth with olive oil and garlic before adding dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and feta cheese and mixing everything together.
It may be served warm or cold; either way is delicious! I also like to add fresh herbs like dill or basil for taste.

Beets are one of my favorite vegetables since they have such a deep taste that pairs well with lamb.

I roast my beets in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, or until soft and caramelized on the exterior.
They come out so sweet and delicious!
9. Cauliflower Mash
Not only is mashed cauliflower tasty, but it only takes 30 minutes to prepare!
- Chop the cauliflower into tiny pieces and place it in a saucepan of boiling water.
- Boil until tender (about five minutes).

10. Herbed Rice Pilaf

- To begin making herbed rice pilaf, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in 1 cup of rice for 5 minutes, or until the grains become opaque and begin to turn golden brown.
- Then, bring 4 cups of chicken broth or water to a boil.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, or until all liquid has been absorbed by the rice.

11. Grilled Corn on The Cob
This side dish is really simple to prepare and requires very little time.
