  • 1 cup chicken broth or water (chicken broth adds more taste, but water is acceptable as well)


  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add the ground turkey, onion and garlic.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the turkey is browned and the onion is softened.
  4. Add the paprika, cumin and salt & pepper.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Toss the potatoes with the turkey mixture to coat in the spices (add any more salt and pepper at this time if you think it needs it).
  7. Pour in the chicken broth or water.
  8. Bring to a simmer, then cover and reduce heat to low.
  9. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft and the liquid has been absorbed.
  10. Toss once more before serving!

This is one of my go-to dishes when I need to get supper on the table quickly with little time, effort, or forethought.
