- 2 teaspoons of each)4-1Salt and pepper to taste (I prefer approximately 1 teaspoon)
- 3 medium peeled and sliced into tiny pieces potatoes (approximately 2 cups total)
- 1 cup chicken broth or water (chicken broth adds more taste, but water is acceptable as well)
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet on medium heat.
- Add the ground turkey, onion and garlic.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the turkey is browned and the onion is softened.
- Add the paprika, cumin and salt & pepper.
- Stir well.
- Toss the potatoes with the turkey mixture to coat in the spices (add any more salt and pepper at this time if you think it needs it).
- Pour in the chicken broth or water.
- Bring to a simmer, then cover and reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft and the liquid has been absorbed.
- Toss once more before serving!
